Dots... finally the fonts icon are all back!~~~ hehe.. hmmm today went for the RT at evening.. nothing much also la.. ask me this saturday is the IPPT test liao.. and today's training is running 2.4km trail test.. and i think i pass? 11mins plus..

And ya work is getting stresser and stresser le day by day seriously i dunno how to cope so fast le.. sigh~ dunno what to do.. feel like joining haze company le.. See my brother working down there like quite slack.. Is considering soon le ba..

Haiz. nowadays so stress up with work.. how how how? T_T Today de stock take already got so many problems le.. next time more worst sigh~ Somebody help me!!~~ i found out why i post my blog now don't have the fonts icon le.. why ah? why ah!? Today, we went to Tampines mall de swenson eat lunch.. 12pm we set off.. went to find kiri farewell gift and the bought a G2000 voucher for him.. Aftet that xqr called me telling me something~ chatted with her awhile.. This is my day~ bored and stress lehz!! T_T

Tomorrow!! na bei after work must go IPPT.. shit lor..

Yesterday went out with haze girlfriend and wen jian to orchard taka.. wen jian wanna buy something for her girlfriend's birthday present.. meeting them at about late evening cause i fetching my granny to see doctor first then straight away drive to fetch wen jian.

So long never go there le.. abit...... lol =x then meet them at outside the main entrance. first we went to Coach, wen jian saw 1 bag cost about $833 he think is quite good. then after that we went to LV, not much people queuing up yesterday.. we went in.. wen jian also saw 1 wallet but was around 900+ after that i went to see my wallet.. Wow mine cost 500+ abit ermm.... hehe but anyway going soon to be purchased~ ok then we ahead to burberry, for us nothing much just only accompany haze girlfriend browsing nia. after all, we walk over to paragon for gucci and etc.. ferragamo and gucci brands wen jian also not interested so we waited them outside.. then~ haze girlfriend bought 1 purse at gucci i think cost about 300+ ==''
after that all happy le~ ok headed back to get our cars and went down to eat tian ji porridge and bartley road and we home sweet home..

Ok Ok going to prepare for my make up RT lesson le.. yesterday didn't go so today must go le.. T_T

I had enough of all the nonsense! na bei.. Everything i pay!! fuck la! then how about ah di?! Is not that he didn't work.. knn, i paying my phone bills and broadband? cb he also using why don't you ask him pay? and his phone bill also not under his name, he wanna call till song song till jurong also not he pay.. why you don't ask him pay? now still ask me pay $100 for the PUB bill.. cb you think i manager position? drive big car? na bei take back everything also 3 digit, pay this pay that i eat grass? knn.. I WON'T give you that fucking $100 and thats all!! You wanna pi bing with me carry on.. i not gonna care for this fucking family.. FUCK!! FUCKERS!! PUI!! na bei!

Let me tell you something, how i wish that i am dead.. no need to worries about you all.. no burden no nothing no everything.. happily die or sadly die also good.. If i have anything happen, please don't call for help or whatever, just let it be.. gone is the best.. worry so much makes me every night think and think..

18-July-09
Went back after work.. slack awhile prepare my stuff for the RT.. today dad never work.. so around 3plus i went down to fetch wilson together go RT at bedok camp.. that time the briefing say 3.45pm must reach.. aiya fuck care man.. we 4.00pm then reach still alot of people queue up to take attendance.. today we get yellow tag.. so is not running de.. after that finish everything we proceed to the field to do warm up.. then break for 5mins.. then doing statics exercise, wow can imagine i still can do 23 sets of push up.. 1 set is 2 times.. 23 sets x2 = 46~ i thought that i slack so long le sure cannot make it de.. then all those easy easy de i don't mention le.. then after that pull up.. the instructor say pull once and hold it there for 5sec for 4 times.. Wow, i did it without wilson help is 3 times then the last i can't liao. same thing went for break for 10mins.

After the break, we having a endurance run for 15mins.. Yes la~ wilson and me keep running non-stop without walking~ surprisingly we really didn't stop it.. whahaha.. then that all for the day.. took our slips and back home..

Went back home not long.. hoho can feel the muscles are acheing le.. zzzz.. sianz le lor..

TODAY~
Wake up with body acheing ma de.. =='' then slack abit till now.. downloading movies to watch.. so sianz lor.. then i found out CR7 de video.. Miss him at Man Utd la~~

Yeah today morning raining then i woke up late at about 9am? then rush to work le.. Reach there at about 20mins. Today quite ok la at work not really very tired.. After work rush back prepare my stuff for RT.. waiting for dad to back then drive to bedok camp..

3.30pm leave the house.. rush to the camp.. inside jam due to the H1N1 have to check our temperature... parked my car.. go behind and changed =x went up to queue for attendance i saw WILSON!!~ LOL~ then go scan my IC and take tag.. after awhile we went to auditorium to have a briefing, after that when we went down, raining again then they ask us go MPH.. reached there got people.. then no choice we go to the gym.. the PTI so cute after the introduction he teach us how to do moonwalk zzzz.. Then all headed to training shed to do warm - up, the warm up was like zzzzz.. After the warm - up, we go for a short run at the area and the PTI intro us the areas.. but... i didn't jog la.. walk nia.. cause my front people walking how am i gonna jog~ After the short jog, all return tag and get our receipt and can go liao.

Fetch wilson back home then i also went back home le. actually thought of going bugis.. but lazy la.. =X go straight back home~ tired and waste of time.. haiz

I think i was search for sgcarmart.com.sg for quite long looking for car dealers.. then hmm went in facebook slack.. then if i am not wrong 12 plus i went to CNN live at facebook to watch M.J memorial service till hmm 2am then cannot tahan jiu fall asleep le..

Yesterday also nothing much.. nowdays karen putting me doing all the things and let me learn from it.. so quite stressful and busy..

Today wakey with a windy weather, nice but abit of rain.. I thought that i was late but who knows when i reached warehouse nobody reached yet~ So i waited awhile.. Today sending emails to clients and making calls more then doing things..When reaches lunch time, i went to check msn see got who.. i find out those secondary school friends all online.. then i see calendar, ya hor yesterday is youth day for them so today is a holiday for them.. then i msn Dazey aka LinLin.

Jeffrey: wei, today no school ah?

LinLin: i have swine flu.
LinLin:yesterday went to see doctor.
LinLin: then he say was positive.
Then i pause awhile,*wonder nowadays so many people kena le no space for them to stay le so must stay at home ah* since is lunch time i called xqr see what she doing. then soon bian ask her. i ask xqr today youth day right how come dazey kena swine flu mehz. then she told me she playing with me de.. Then i reply her liaoz~

Wow so long didn't have this type of weather le.. will be very cold tonight~ hehe.. played SA the whole noon till evening.. Kinda addicted le.. =X Anyone wanna join me bo? but must have played before CS(counterstrike) de cause it's like CS type~ Ok shall update yesterday night~

1am meet zen and wen jian go eat tian ji porridge de.. but we went there the people tell us close le.. so we headed back to geylang eat zhu za tang~ Zen didn't eat, he went to buy egg tarts and eat just because he wanna save money..zzz Zen changed job le.. changed to hotel 81 customer service.. hmm ok la the enviroment quite ok he told us.. but i shall stay in my own job.. cause his is a shift job. dunno work 2 days morning the 3 days night and off 1 day zzz.. After eating we headed back le.. that's all =D Grabbed some tranformers songs from zen~

1 more thing i wish to say.. I am very happy with myself now.. although not much calls finding me.. but very peaceful, nobody come and ask me do this do that.. and i swear i won't talk to those people that is so dao and freaking ignoring when i am talking to them.. What you treat me i will give you double back =D thanks for treating me like that~ =D

OWEN IN SHOCK MOVE

New Manchester United striker Michael Owen insists he is fighting fit and his injury-plagued past should not be a concern to fans of his new club.

The 29-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the Premier League champions after swift negotiations which lasted less than 48 hours.

A chequered history with injuries - hamstring problems at Liverpool, knee ligament issues at Newcastle - was thought to have deterred most of England's top clubs from considering signing the out-of-contract striker but United manager Sir Alex Ferguson had no hesitation in taking what most consider a risk.

But Owen believes his new boss was right not to be frightened off by reams of medical notes detailing exactly why he had spent much of his four-year spell on Tyneside on the sidelines.

The former Real Madrid forward is believed to have undergone a rigorous assessment on his troublesome knee in London on Thursday before travelling to Manchester on Friday for a more general physical check-up.

"I'd like to think that everyone was quite surprised with my medical," said Owen. "I passed my medical and I've obviously passed them before, and my fitness is high.

"A lot is made out of it but I certainly don't feel like I'm injury prone."

His manager will hope not as, if he can stay fit, Owen could still have plenty of goals left in him.
"Michael is a world class forward with a proven goalscoring record at the highest level and that has never been in question," said Ferguson, who is a long-time admirer of a player who scored 158 goals in 297 matches for Liverpool and struck 40 times in 89 England internationals.

"Coming to Manchester United with the expectations that we have is something that Michael will relish."

Owen and Ferguson agreed the deal after a hastily-arranged breakfast meeting on Thursday.

"I had just begun to talk to other clubs when out of the blue Sir Alex phoned me on Wednesday afternoon, invited me to have breakfast with him next morning during which he told me that he wanted to sign me," said Owen.

"I agreed without a moment's thought. This is a fantastic opportunity for me and I intend to seize it with both hands.

"I've had a poor spell up at Newcastle but prior to that my career was very good, and I'm sure a top club like this can re-ignite my career.

"I want to thank Sir Alex for the faith he has shown in me and I give him my assurance that I will repay him with my goals and performances."

Hoho~ Finally i am down.. no la.. just wakey went toilet abit giddy.. then sore throat and then lastly flu.. so xin ku lo.. so called karen in the morning ask her i can't went for work.. then went back to sleep till 3plus.. went to see doctor.. lucky no fever ah~ hehe..

Went to buy food to eat.. then i dunno heard from where.. ehhhh today is 1st of july got GST lehz~ lol really forget liao.. zzz then went back home take my lunch and medicine then go take a short nap le..

Actually nothing much to blog la.. now always everyday OT lor.. i think this month OT hours i worked till 13.5 or more? LOL~ wow if every month like that i think soon i can earn and save more~ xD
