18-July-09 Went back after work.. slack awhile prepare my stuff for the RT.. today dad never work.. so around 3plus i went down to fetch wilson together go RT at bedok camp.. that time the briefing say 3.45pm must reach.. aiya fuck care man.. we 4.00pm then reach still alot of people queue up to take attendance.. today we get yellow tag.. so is not running de.. after that finish everything we proceed to the field to do warm up.. then break for 5mins.. then doing statics exercise, wow can imagine i still can do 23 sets of push up.. 1 set is 2 times.. 23 sets x2 = 46~ i thought that i slack so long le sure cannot make it de.. then all those easy easy de i don't mention le.. then after that pull up.. the instructor say pull once and hold it there for 5sec for 4 times.. Wow, i did it without wilson help is 3 times then the last i can't liao. same thing went for break for 10mins.
After the break, we having a endurance run for 15mins.. Yes la~ wilson and me keep running non-stop without walking~ surprisingly we really didn't stop it.. whahaha.. then that all for the day.. took our slips and back home..
Went back home not long.. hoho can feel the muscles are acheing le.. zzzz.. sianz le lor..
TODAY~ Wake up with body acheing ma de.. =='' then slack abit till now.. downloading movies to watch.. so sianz lor.. then i found out CR7 de video.. Miss him at Man Utd la~~ Part 1:
